1. Consultation and Proposal

1.1. We will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your floral vision, preferences, and budget.
1.2. Based on our discussion, we will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the floral designs, quantities, and estimated costs.
1.2. The proposal is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

2. Changes and Cancellations

2.1. Any changes to the floral order must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties.
2.2. Significant changes made within 2 months of the wedding may be subject to additional costs and availability.
2.3. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
2.4. If the wedding is cancelled within 4 months of the wedding date, the full payment is still required.

3. Flower Selection and Availability

3.1. We will make every effort to provide the specific flowers requested, but flower availability is subject to seasonal and market conditions.
3.2. In the event that a specific flower is unavailable, we will suggest suitable alternatives or complementary blooms.
3.3. Colours and sizes of flowers may vary slightly due to natural variations.

4. Design and Execution

4.1. We will design and create floral arrangements based on the agreed-upon proposal and contract.
4.2. While we strive to replicate the desired aesthetic, floral arrangements may vary slightly due to the natural variations in flowers and foliage.
4.3. We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions to ensure the overall quality and appearance of the arrangements.

5. Delivery and Setup

5.1. Delivery and setup services are provided as agreed upon in the contract.
5.2. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, including the venue address and contact person.
5.3. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the client.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur as a result of our services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.
6.2. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the misuse or mishandling of floral arrangements after delivery and setup.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All designs, images, and content on our website and social media platforms are the intellectual property of VICTORIA ENGELEN FLOWERS and may not be used or reproduced without our prior written consent.
Photography and Promotion:
8.2. We reserve the right to photograph the floral arrangements for our portfolio, website, and social media platforms.
8.3. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use these photographs for promotional purposes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FRANCE.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of FRANCE.
9.3. By paying your deposit and securing your date in our calendar you agree that you accept our terms and conditions.

10. Booking and Payment

10.1. To secure our services for your wedding, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required.
10.2. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in the contract.
10.3. Final payment is due 2 months prior to the wedding date.
10.4. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
